Settings & Organization

Manage your profile, organization, credentials, and application preferences. Settings is split into two surfaces: User Settings for personal preferences, and Organization Settings for org-wide configuration.

Overview

Access Settings from the sidebar’s collapsible Settings group, which expands into User Settings (/settings/user) and Organization (/settings/organization). What you see in Organization Settings depends on your role — org owners additionally see member management.

User Settings

Personal, per-account preferences at /settings/user.

Profile

  • Email and user ID
  • Account status

Notifications

  • A2L Submissions — Track submissions to the Agentic Asset Library
  • Status: Pending, Approved, Rejected, Unpublished
  • Exchange messages with admins
  • View rejection reasons

Terms & Conditions

  • View acceptance status
  • Accepted date and terms version
  • Link to view full terms

Anypoint Credentials

Configure credentials for publishing to Anypoint Exchange:

  • URL — Anypoint Platform URL (e.g., https://anypoint.mulesoft.com)
  • Authentication — Basic (username/password) or OAuth (client ID/secret)
  • Stored locally in your browser (not on A²D servers)

Credentials are never sent to A²D servers. Re-enter them if you clear browser data.

Organization Settings

Org-wide configuration at /settings/organization. Every tab here is scoped to your current organization — switching organizations shows a different set of values.

Organization

  • Organization name and ID
  • Created date
  • Members — For org owners: invite users, manage roles, remove members
  • Invites — Pending invites to your organization

AI Configuration

  • LLM Setup — AI provider, API key, model
  • AI Prompts — Manage prompts for AI-assisted features

Platform MCP

  • Endpoint URL — Copy the Platform MCP endpoint for your deployment
  • API Keys — Generate and revoke organization-scoped API keys
  • Raw keys are shown only once upon creation

Design Rules

  • View compliance summary (MCP Servers, Agent Cards, REST APIs)
  • Enable or disable rules
  • Configure thresholds (e.g., minimum characters, minimum scenarios)
  • Rules for both assets, MCP only, Agent Cards only, or REST APIs only

Import / Export

  • Import from URL or OpenAPI
  • Export assets for backup or sharing

Legacy Links

/settings still works — it redirects to /settings/user, and old ?tab= deep links (e.g. /settings?tab=design-rules) are automatically remapped to the correct surface.

Organization Switching

If you are a member of multiple organizations, use the organization switcher in the header to change context. All Organization Settings tabs and assets are scoped to the selected organization.
