Settings & Organization

Manage your profile, organization, credentials, and application preferences in one place.

Overview

Access Settings from the sidebar or profile menu. Settings are organized into tabs; what you see depends on your role (e.g., org owners see organization management).


Settings Tabs

Profile

  • Email and user ID
  • Account status
  • Basic profile information

Organization

  • Organization name and ID
  • Created date
  • Members — For org owners: invite users, manage roles, remove members
  • Invites — Pending invites to your organization

Anypoint Credentials

Configure credentials for publishing to Anypoint Exchange:

  • URL — Anypoint Platform URL (e.g., https://anypoint.mulesoft.com)
  • Authentication — Basic (username/password) or OAuth (client ID/secret)
  • Stored locally in your browser (not on A²D servers)

Warning: Credentials are never sent to A²D servers. Re-enter them if you clear browser data.

AI Configuration

  • LLM Setup — AI provider, API key, model
  • AI Prompts — Manage prompts for AI-assisted features

Platform MCP

  • Endpoint URL — Copy the Platform MCP endpoint for your deployment
  • API Keys — Generate and revoke organization-scoped API keys
  • Raw keys are shown only once upon creation

Design Rules

  • View compliance summary (MCP Servers, Agent Cards)
  • Enable or disable rules
  • Configure thresholds (e.g., minimum characters, minimum scenarios)
  • Rules for both assets, MCP only, or Agent Cards only

Notifications

  • A2L Submissions — Track submissions to the Agentic Asset Library
  • Status: Pending, Approved, Rejected, Unpublished
  • Exchange messages with admins
  • View rejection reasons

Import / Export

  • Import from URL or OpenAPI
  • Export assets for backup or sharing

  • View acceptance status
  • Accepted date and terms version
  • Link to view full terms

Organization Switching

If you are a member of multiple organizations, use the organization switcher in the header to change context. All settings and assets are scoped to the selected organization.
